At CYEA, we’re all about building bridges across generations to uplift and empower our young people. Recently, we had the joy of welcoming a special supporter, “Granddad,” who came out to cheer on his grandson, Ziedale, one of our inspiring Junior Executives. This time together brought a powerful bond of purpose-driven, spiritual love, reminding us of the impact that family and community support can have on young leaders.

Moments like these fuel our mission to help young people succeed. Seeing Ziedale energized by his grandfather’s encouragement highlights how vital mentorship and family bonds are to our youth’s growth and resilience.

As part of our commitment to nurturing these connections, CYEA offers a Youth Adopt-a-Senior Program. While “Granddad” may be young in spirit, this program pairs our youth with older generations to create lasting, supportive relationships. Through this initiative, we’re fostering a spirit of community and purpose-driven love that spans generations, helping our youth find strength, inspiration, and guidance.
